Living and dining
The open-plan living area invites you to unwind after exploring the city. Sink into comfortable seating, switch on the TV, or stream music through the sound system. Smart features add convenience, while the dining table sits beside the windows so every meal comes with a city view.

Kitchen and dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple, with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher ready for use. Cooking basics, pots, pans, and utensils are provided, along with dishes, wine glasses, a toaster, kettle, and coffee. Whether it’s breakfast before heading out or dinner with local finds, the setup ensures ease.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is designed as a restful escape. Blinds and soundproofing help create a quiet, dark space, while fresh bed linens, clothing storage, and hangers make longer stays comfortable. A crib or travel cot and high chair are available on request for families.

Bathroom
Refresh with essentials including a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, body soap, and shower gel. A washer and dryer are available, adding practicality for extended visits.

Practical details
The apartment is pet-friendly and accessible by elevator. Paid parking is available off-site. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note there is no air conditioning or carbon monoxide alarm.

Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM are strictly enforced to ensure a restful environment for all residents. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all amenities.

Interaction with guests

Your dedicated TUA property manager is available to assist you throughout your stay. We provide detailed self-check-in instructions for a seamless arrival but are always reachable to answer any questions or offer local tips.

Other things to note

To protect our property, we place a temporary hold on your payment card for a damage deposit. This is a standard, legally compliant precaution, released within 48 hours post-checkout if no damages occur. Thank you for your understanding
