Welcome to a bright single level studio on Southmead Road, ideal for work trips, hospital visits and short city breaks. The space is compact yet thoughtfully set up for two, with a comfortable bed, underfloor heating and room darkening shades for a restful night.
Cook simply in the kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and coffee. You have WiFi and a Smart TV, plus a dedicated workspace for emails. Laundry facilities are available in the communal area of the property, and optional housekeeping can be arranged for longer stays.
Arrival is easy with private entrance, step free access and your own parking space. Regular buses connect to Bristol city centre, while North Bristol hubs such as Southmead Hospital and Filton are within easy reach. January 2026Great stay. Place slightly smaller than what seems from the pictures. Had issues with internet initially but host was super responsive and fixed the issue straight away! Place very clean!

December 2025Excellent place to stay. Communication was fantastic, with easy instruction. The place is cosy but well equipped with decent tech such as smart TV, smart lights and underfloor heating. Worth bearing in mind the driveway is shared with the neighbouring version of this accommodation so not guaranteed a space, but on the occasions I parked there was always space on the road right by the entrance way. Would stay again and recommend.

November 2025An excellent space and so great with the dog as the garden was totally secure. The parking was also ideal and the bus stop to town very accessible. Great facilities as well with the oven and hob and good size fridge.

Can also be a bit tight with parking. Otherwise was a good stay and shortcomings were made up by the host responsiveness.

March 2024Cosy studio room in a good location to Bristol city centre. Very comfortable bed and the room itself has some nice features such as underfloor heating and smart lighting. The only main downside was the WiFi being very unreliable meaning the smart TV (which only worked with WiFi) persistently stopped working
