Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and property owners while allowing us enough time to rebook the property if needed.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

More than 14 days before arrival – Full refund of the booking amount
7 to 14 days before arrival – 50% refund of the booking amount
Less than 7 days before arrival – The booking is non-refundable

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Cleaning Fees

If your booking includes a cleaning fee and you cancel before check-in, this fee will be refunded in full.

Date Changes

Where possible, we may offer the option to move your stay to alternative dates instead of cancelling. Any changes are subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment depending on the new dates selected.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unexpected situations that may require cancelling or changing a booking.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, property maintenance issues or safety concerns), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

Force Majeure

We cannot be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, utility outages, or other force majeure events.
