The space

Underfoot, gentle warmth rises from the floor, and the hum of quiet surroundings invites you to slow down. Whether you’re here to work, rest, or explore Filton’s lively corners, this bright studio offers everything you need to feel at home.

Sleeping arrangements
The studio sleeps two, with one comfortable bed set within a serene space created for relaxation. Room-darkening shades and fresh linens help you drift easily into sleep after a day out. The adjoining bathroom provides essential comforts, with bathroom essentials, soft towels, and hot water ready when you are.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen makes mealtimes simple. Cook on the stove or oven, heat a quick bite in the microwave, or prepare coffee before heading into the city. The refrigerator and freezer keep ingredients fresh, while dishes, glassware, and utensils make every meal feel effortless. With everything you need for self-catering, you can enjoy breakfast in or unwind with dinner after exploring.

Safety & accessibility
The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note there is no carbon monoxide alarm on the property. With no stairs and a single-level layout, access throughout is straightforward.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the Balloon Suite and its amenities, including the private parking space. Enjoy unrestricted use of the suite's facilities, ensuring a comfortable and autonomous stay.

Other things to note

To protect our property, we place a temporary hold on your payment card for a damage deposit. This is a standard, legally compliant precaution, released within 48 hours post-checkout if no damages occur. Travel Crib and Highchair rental available on request, and are subject to availability. Very responsive host. Was quick to answer any and all questions. I stayed here for a longer term (1 month) and although we'll equipped, the smaller kitchen and room area was challenging. Can also be a bit tight with parking. Otherwise was a good stay and shortcomings were made up by the host responsiveness.

Cosy studio room in a good location to Bristol city centre. Very comfortable bed and the room itself has some nice features such as underfloor heating and smart lighting. The only main downside was the WiFi being very unreliable meaning the smart TV (which only worked with WiFi) persistently stopped working
