The space

Step through the morning light that pours through tall Victorian windows as the city hums to life outside. You might start your day with coffee on the Juliet balcony, the sounds of Gloucester Road below blending with the comfort of a home designed for ease and connection. By evening, unwind on the sofa as music flows softly from the Google Home system and your favorite series plays on the 65-inch HDTV.

Living and dining
An open-plan layout brings together warmth and practicality, with space to gather, relax, or share a meal. The living area’s Juliet balcony fills the room with natural light, and the dining table invites slow breakfasts or quiet dinners in. The 65-inch HDTV includes Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, and Netflix, while whole-home audio lets you enjoy music throughout.

Kitchen and dining
A fully equipped kitchen makes cooking simple, featuring a stainless steel induction stove, Montpellier refrigerator and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basics for preparing meals. There’s a drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, and wine glasses for evenings in.

Sleeping arrangements
The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, cotton linens, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. Storage options include a closet, wardrobe, and dresser, making it easy to settle in for short or long stays.

Bathrooms and essentials
The property includes 1.5 bathrooms, featuring a bathtub, shower, and bathroom essentials. Fresh towels, bed sheets, and cleaning products are provided. Guests can use the in-unit dryer, while laundry detergent and a safe for valuables add a practical touch.

Comfort and conveniences
Central heating and air conditioning maintain the right temperature year-round. Smart-home features allow you to adjust lighting and climate easily, while superfast WiFi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected. Essentials like towels, linens, and a free in-unit dryer are provided.

House rules

There is no smoking at all in the property.

We do not allow any pets, events and parties in our apartment, there may be additional costs if the rules are broken.

Travel Crib and Highchair rental available on request, and are subject to availability.

Guests have access to the whole property, and are free to use the apartment and make themselves at home.

To protect our property, we place a temporary hold on your payment card for a damage deposit. This is a standard, legally compliant precaution, released within 48 hours post-checkout if no damages occur. Thank you for your understanding

Parking:

This apartment is outside of Bristol's permit parking scheme so all residential streets in the area have fully unrestricted free parking. There is always ample street parking available just a 1 minute walk away on Sommerville Road and Brynland Avenue.

Adele’s place was a great getaway for a few nights! A great host and checking up making sure everything went smoothly with no problems and was always there ready to help with anything. The bedrooms are great, comfortable beds for a good nights rest. Living room nice and spacious with an all on one tablet on the wall for any of yours needs from security, heating, air conditioning and so on. Comfortable sofa facing the smart tv to watch anything on. Bathroom was nice, the shower was great and worked without any issues- water pressure was perfectly fine too. Kitchen as expected, was perfectly fine with no issues, spacious fridge and freezer! Would definitely be booking again next time I visit Bristol!

The apartment was very clean, attractive, spacious and comfortable. The windows are well-soundproofed. I enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows and also the kitchen-livingroom with large windows on three walls. The design is lovely with the old floorboards visible in all rooms. A fantastic home in a great location. We stayed here for 4 nights over the bank holiday weekend and it was perfect for our stay. A very modern home, with all amenities you could need. The house is on Gloucester Road and has a wide variety of bars/restaurants nearby. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house is quiet at night. Overall a great stay and certainly made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable, having a nice space to come back to! We really appreciated being able to stay right on Gloucester Road, with incredible restaurants like Coconut Tree, Ramen Ya, and cafes like Fed 303 and Boston Tea Party, a 5 minute walk. The flat is very well appointed and astonishingly quiet given its location. An excellent weekend location!
