Your base on Gloucester Road, this bright two bedroom two bathroom Victorian flat pairs character with modern comfort. The open plan living area has a full kitchen and a Juliet balcony, a calm spot for morning coffee before heading out to the independents on the doorstep.
Tech and comfort are well covered. Set the colour and brightness with smart lighting, stream on a 65 inch Smart TV and stay productive at a dedicated desk with 500 Mbps wifi. Air conditioning and central heating keep the temperature right, while room darkening shades and comfortable beds help you switch off. Bathrooms are stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
It works well for families and longer stays. The kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, plus cooking basics. A washer and dryer with drying rack make life easy. Little ones are sorted with a travel cot and high chair. Arrival is smooth with a private entrance and simple self check in, and safety is supported by smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and a safe.
The location is a favourite for food and coffee. Spots such as the Coconut Tree, Ramen Ya, Fed 303 and Boston Tea Party are a short stroll along the road. It is surprisingly quiet at night for such a lively area. A car is not necessary and if you do drive there is free street parking nearby. This makes a reliable choice for weekends, work trips and extended stays in Bristol.
The location of this apartment is perfect if you are looking to be on Gloucester Road, which one of the longest stretches of independent shops and restaurants in the UK. This part of Bristol is full of culture and art, and there is so much to do and enjoy in the area.

Parking:
This apartment is outside of Bristol's permit parking scheme so all residential streets in the area have fully unrestricted free parking. There is always ample street parking available just a 1 minute walk away on Sommerville Road and Brynland Avenue.

November 2025Great Location, good space to stay in. Easy to find, parking on the next street was easy. One bedroom is on a main road (not too noisy, but not quiet) the other room is at the back of the building, so this was nice and quiet. Fast internet, clean spaces. Oven was clean and had enough to use for a quick meal. bathrooms and linen were clean. Easy to find.

November 2025El apartamento está bien en general. Mencionar que sólo tiene un cuarto de baño completo. El otro es un aseo pequeño dentro del dormitorio principal que sólo tiene lavabo e inodoro. Es cómodo y está bien comunicado. Las camas son cómodas, sólo un poco más blandas de lo deseado, pero dormimos bien y las sábanas estaban limpias y eran de buena calidad. Los electrodomésticos funcionan bien y hay todo lo necesario, excepto lavadora, importante tenerlo en cuenta en estancias largas. En el lado negativo mencionar que sólo había 2 rollos de papel higiénico para 4 personas/7 días, no había bayeta en la cocina, ni bolsas de basura. Dispusimos de una toalla de baño para cada uno pero las toallas más pequeñas para secar el pelo y las manos tuvimos de compartirlas, puesto que solo había dos. Creo que por el precio del apartamento, debía tener papel higiénico suficiente para el nº de personas y de días que se alquila, así como toallas suficientes para todos, paños de cocina, bayetas, bolsas, etc.

August 2025Adele’s place was a great getaway for a few nights! A great host and checking up making sure everything went smoothly with no problems and was always there ready to help with anything. The bedrooms are great, comfortable beds for a good nights rest. Living room nice and spacious with an all on one tablet on the wall for any of yours needs from security, heating, air conditioning and so on. Comfortable sofa facing the smart tv to watch anything on. Bathroom was nice, the shower was great and worked without any issues- water pressure was perfectly fine too. Kitchen as expected, was perfectly fine with no issues, spacious fridge and freezer! Would definitely be booking again next time I visit Bristol!

June 2022A fantastic home in a great location. We stayed here for 4 nights over the bank holiday weekend and it was perfect for our stay. A very modern home, with all amenities you could need. The house is on Gloucester Road and has a wide variety of bars/restaurants nearby. Beds are extremely comfortable and the house is quiet at night. Overall a great stay and certainly made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable, having a nice space to come back to!
