Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM are strictly enforced to ensure a restful environment for all residents. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, and pets are allowed. Travel Crib and Highchair rental available on request, and are subject to availability.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all amenities.

Interaction with guests

Your dedicated TUA property manager is available to assist you throughout your stay. We provide detailed self-check-in instructions for a seamless arrival but are always reachable to answer any questions or offer local tips.

Other things to note

To protect our property, we place a temporary hold on your payment card for a damage deposit. This is a standard, legally compliant precaution, released within 48 hours post-checkout if no damages occur. Thank you for your understanding.

Please be aware that the apartment is in a busy urban area, with paid on-street parking available. Free parking is offered after 6 PM.
