Welcome to a calm, comfortable two bedroom home in Filton, set up for work trips, hospital visits, and relaxed weekends. Guests often comment on the quiet feel, the cleanliness, and the comfy beds, making it easy to properly rest after a busy day.
You will have free private off street parking, a private entrance, and a cosy living room with TV for switching off in the evening. The dining space also works well as a dedicated workspace, with fast WiFi to support video calls and remote working.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and a coffee maker. To help you settle in, we aim to provide the practical basics guests expect, including enough cups and glasses, washing up liquid and cleaning essentials, and an initial supply of toilet roll.

Step outside and you’re minutes from the campuses of Airbus, Rolls-Royce, the MoD at Abbey Wood, Southmead Hospital and UWE Frenchay, making the house a favourite for project teams and visiting academics. Gloucester Road North (five minutes on foot) provides supermarkets, eateries and takeaways, while Aerospace Bristol museum and its iconic Concorde are just up the road for weekend interest. Green escapes like Stoke Park Estate and Little Stoke Park are nearby, and Bristol’s harbourside, Clifton Suspension Bridge and vibrant city centre are an easy ride away.
