The space

Our beautiful Victorian home offers comfort and practicality. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second a double, and the third a single plus cot, making it ideal for families. The lounge includes a 40-inch Panasonic smart TV with access to streaming apps. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, four-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine. Central heating is powered by a serviced combi boiler with a Nest thermostat, and hot water is always available. Work comfortably at the desk in the second bedroom with a monitor and HDMI or at the dining table with nearby sockets. Wi-Fi averages 107 Mbps down and 19 Mbps up. Outside, the garden provides a table, chairs, sofa and barbecue with utensils for guest use. Step-free entrance with two small internal steps between rooms.

The neighbourhood

Set just 50 metres from Victoria Park, this location offers tennis courts, children’s play area, outdoor gym and even a coffee van midweek and weekends. Windmill Hill City Farm is an easy 10-minute stroll, while local pubs like the Victoria Park offer sweeping views of Dundry Hill and the Mendips. The area is dotted with independent bakeries and cafés including Sweven, Bristol Loaf, Fox & West and Hart’s. North Street is 15–20 minutes away with its lively food scene, and Wapping Wharf is about 25 minutes’ walk for Bristol’s best restaurants, harbourside bars and cultural venues.
