Welcome to a colourful Victorian cottage in Hanham, perfectly placed between Bristol and Bath for days out, visiting family, or a relaxed base with local shops, cafes and pubs within easy walking distance. It suits families and mixed groups particularly well, with plenty of living space to spread out and a layout that works for both children and adults.
Inside, the house is warm and characterful. Settle into the private living room for a cosy evening by the wood burning stove, with Smart TV and good WiFi for streaming and working. The dining room is made for long meals and board games, and the record player and vinyl collection add a fun, nostalgic touch for nights in.
The kitchen is genuinely well equipped for self catering, with a proper oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and the cookware you need for family meals. A utility area with washing machine, dryer and drying rack makes longer stays simple.
Sleeping is flexible for up to seven guests across three bedrooms, ideal for family breaks, friends travelling together, or multi stop trips. Please note there is one bathroom, but it is large, with a deep cast iron claw foot bath for a slow soak plus a separate walk in shower.
Step outside to a sunny private garden and terrace with outdoor furniture for breakfast, reading time, or an evening glass of wine.
